Pregnancy Yoga & Birth Preparation Classes
Learn key tools to breathe, move and relax for labour and giving birth.
Feel great during your pregnancy; relieve aches and pains; get the best nightβs sleep after class! Plus make friends at this hugely transformative time.
Suitable in the first trimester if you have an existing yoga or exercise practice. Or if you new to yoga or exercise, wait until 15/16 weeks to start. Practice until full term. Any concerns, check with your Dr/Midwife.
Classes are very popular so early booking is advised.
Postnatal Yoga for Mums & Babies Classes
Join after 6 weeks post a vaginal birth or 8 weeks post a c-section birth then attend until your baby is on the move.
Bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. You are most welcome to feed, change, snuggle and bounce your babies. You really are welcome just as you are!
Help recovery post pregnancy and birth; regain fitness and strength appropriately from the inside out, in a safe and nourishing way; taking into consideration c-sections, episiotomies, separated tummy muscles, working safely with prolapse, etc. Build in a progressive way, consistently over several months.
Save your space and enjoy some lovely bonding time with your baby!
Womenβs Yoga
This βnon-pregnancyβ class is perfect for all women at any other time of life. Perfect when you are thinking about fertility. Or when needing some time out from lifeβs busy-ness. Or if you are working through peri/menopause.
Classes are trauma informed and always tailored week-by-week, personalised to those attending. Inspired blending of classical yoga, somatic movement, nervous system resets and deep relaxation.

Marie Hanley
Hello! I am a mum of two, a LushTums Pregnancy & Postnatal yoga teacher and all round creative person. My classes give you a chance to relax, connect with baby, have a moment to yourself, and stay active and strong to prepare for birth and motherhood.
Each class is tailored to you on the day. Feel more comfortable in pregnancy, relieve common aches and pains and learn key tools of how to breathe, move and relax as you prepare for labour and birth. Then postnatally learn how to safely regain your fitness and strength and find some inner calm.
I combine my love for yoga and all things bump and birth and believe in empowering you to better know your body and trust your instincts for a positive birth experience and beyond. Plus I love to create a space where you can connect with other local mums and meet your new mum tribe.
