PREGNANCY YOGA AND ANTENATAL EDUCATION
Sunday 2nd March near Bristol - A FEW SPACES GOING!!!
This 8hr CPD gives you the opportunity to connect with our founder Clare Maddalena and our wonderful LushTums teachers to share, ask questions, be seen, feel supported and work out your best next steps forward.
Clare will include some of her favourite new practices such as her top three Rebozo Shawl practices and run through how you can incorporate some key ‘biomechanics for birth’ techniques into your classes; teaching our pregnant students some needed skills and movements for challenges during labour.
We will discuss some topical areas such as how our students can best navigate the current NHS System and why our work educating and empowering parents-to-be is needed more than ever.
We will also enjoy a lovely SPA relaxation afterwards to nourish yourself and fill your cup! Go home replenished and inspired to share the LushTums love! We can’t wait to share this special day with you!
