Are you looking for a magical, embodied & empowering approach to teaching Pregnancy Yoga? We believe that fully supporting women at this time and into motherhood can help make the most profound changes for them, their babies and the wider community. And to train in this work we also touch the deepest aspects of ourselves.

We are taking our unique specialist yoga teacher training course to this stunning retreat & healing location in beautiful Portugal next September; the valley and its river have been known for it’s healing properties for over a 1000 years.

If you’d like a week away immersing yourself in all the depths of this work; what it means to be pregnant, give birth & mother; you will become expert intuitive Pregnancy Yoga teacher too and heal some of your own experiences along the way.

Spaces are limited and affordable - around £270 per training day plus around £80-£90 for stunning accommodation and 3 delicious vegan meals a day, with access to bio pool & sauna, as well as stunning valley walks and night time fire ceremony. You are responsible for your own flight costs, however group pick up at Lisbon airport arranged for just £30.
